Returns & Refunds Policy


At Bellora Naturals, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase you make. We understand there may be circumstances in which you wish to return a product or request a refund.

Below you will find our refund policy, which provides guidance on how to proceed if needed.

If you are not satisfied with your order for objective reasons*, you may initiate a return, request a refund, or an exchange within 30 days of receiving the package. Please contact us at info@belloranaturals.com to obtain the return address (note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs).

*By objective reasons we mean the following:

  • Size change: You will be issued a coupon so you can place the order again in the store.

  • Quality: The garment does not have the characteristics specified on the website (e.g., holes, defects, etc.).

  • Delay: The order was delivered outside the timeframe specified on our website.

Our proposals will always aim for customer satisfaction, but we also ask for patience during the process.

Return Exceptions

We are not responsible for refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • Subjective quality: The garment does not fit as expected, or you simply do not like the item.

  • Delivery time: If you receive the order within the timeframe stated on our website, we are not responsible if you expected it for a specific occasion.

Additionally, we reserve the right for our team to review your case if we suspect you are citing an objective quality issue when it is actually a subjective quality matter.

Return Procedure

For your return to be accepted, items must be in their original condition and show no signs of wear. They must also include the original tags.

Please make sure to return all items in one single package. Choose a shipping provider that offers tracking codes and send those codes to us as well.

Once we confirm receipt of the return, please allow a few days for us to inspect the package. We will then inform you whether your return is approved or rejected. If approved, you can expect the refund within 10 days, using the same payment method you used to place the order in our store.

In exceptional cases, the refund may take a little longer. If 15 days have passed since our confirmation email, please contact us at info@belloranaturals.com.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please do so within 6 hours of placing it.

Email us at info@belloranaturals.com with your order details (especially your order number and contact information). We will refund 100% of the amount within 12 to 14 days.

If you contact us later, we cannot guarantee cancellation. You will need to wait for your order to arrive and then initiate a standard return according to our policy.
